Our programs now include artist residencies, community-wide events, summertime internships, public art and more out of several different buildings.

V: The building has quite a story…can you share information technology briefly with our readers?

Gallery hours are Wednesday-Fri 12-five and Saturday ten-two. We accept a daytime arts enrichment program for kids. During some of the downtime we have been hosting visiting artists every bit part of our residency program.

V: Can you explain to our readers what is the Arts Mini Park? When practice you anticipate starting to build? How long until completion?

Southward: This summer we will tackle a fun garden project called the Arts Mini Park. This will create a play infinite targeting children along the sidewalk on the due north side of our building. We are seeking artisans and builders to create custom interactive elements. An information session will be held April 8. Well-nigh of the construction will occur in Baronial with a fall ribbon cutting.

Five: What other events and programs exercise you take planned for the spring and summertime months?

South: We are gearing upwardly for summer programs. Each twelvemonth we host college-aged theater and visual artists in a residency program that includes performances and workshops for kids. This year we will be launching Artsapalooza: a summertime, touring, multi-arts program for kids that centers around a theater functioning that includes larger than life puppets. Our almanac Fine art Clamber is June fifth.

V: What project are you virtually excited nigh?
